i.e. Production Fee

Include the contestants name you are paying fees for.

i.e. Mother is paying fees for daughter and they have different last names. Or Mrs. has maiden name on Venmo account and now is married...

It is very time consuming to match these types of things up and want to ensure we apply payments to the correct person. Thank you for your cooperation!
